Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. International shipping to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. We’re working on expanding to additional countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $12. Expedited shipping is $24 regardless of order size.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@lineandloom.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Can I exchange an item?
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll hold the replacement while your return ships back.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check order status by signing into your account.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if yours hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@lineandloom.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Product Care
How should I care for linen clothing?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Linen softens beautifully with each wash — ironing is optional and entirely a matter of preference.
How do I care for wood and metal furniture?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. For outdoor pieces, bring cushions inside during heavy weather. Wood develops a natural patina over time — that’s by design.

Where are you located?
Our boutique is at 2847 NW Thurman St, Portland, OR 97210. We’re in the Nob Hill neighborhood, just off 29th Avenue.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 10am–6pm. Sunday, 12pm–5pm. We’re closed on major holidays.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment necessary — walk-ins are always welcome. For furniture consultations or large orders, we recommend scheduling a time so we can give you our full attention.
